When you purchase a "general conference access" ticket, this includes all sessions and networking activities on August 9th and 10th. Breakfast, coffee, lunch and snacks are also included. If you’d like to add pre-conference workshop to your ticket (on August 8th), these are a separate fee. Hotel nights are not included.
DO WE GET ANY TYPE OF DISCOUNT FOR SENDING A GROUP FROM OUR COMPANY?

I REGISTERED BUT SOMETHING CAME UP AND I CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I SEND MY COLLEAGUE?
Yes. You may transfer your registration to your lucky colleague. Be sure to give us as much notice as possible, otherwise they’ll be wondering why their name badge has your name on it.
I REGISTERED ONLINE BUT DIDN’T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR RECEIPT YET.
You should receive a confirmation receipt from firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam. Make sure you add email@example.com to your safe sender list for updates on the event!
IS THERE A DISCOUNTED ROOM BLOCK FOR THE EVENT?
Yes. If you check out the website under the "Venue" tab there is a link to the room block. Make sure you use the code SRSC/GSMI when making a reservation.
Nope! We create tracks so that you have the opportunity to customize your event experience. Hop in between the different tracks to attend the talks most relevant to you and your team. The only sessions you need to sign up for in advance are our pre-conference workshops.
Of course. Once you are at the conference, look for the bit.ly link printed on your “Agenda-at-a-glance” sheet in your conference folder. The link will take you to the spot where you can access speaker presentations. We will also email you this link once the conference is over. Note: Look for GSMI staff on-site if you have any problems accessing conference materials online.
Just you and your ID! A ready-to-learn-and-have-fun attitude will also come in handy.
